No. We're a ridesharing platform, not a taxi service. Drivers are everyday people sharing their existing trips, not professional taxi drivers. This makes rides more affordable and environmentally friendly.

Currently, we operate throughout Costa Rica, connecting major cities like San José, Alajuela, Heredia, Cartago, and popular destinations like Jacó, Tamarindo, Manuel Antonio, Puerto Viejo, and more.

Yes! Our cancellation policy:

• 24+ hours before: 100% refund
• 6-24 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 6 hours: No refund

Cancellations are processed within 3-5 business days.

If a driver cancels your booking, you receive an automatic 100% refund. We'll also help you find an alternative ride if available.

Yes, but luggage space varies by vehicle. Check the ride details or message the driver before booking if you have large or multiple bags.

2. Enter route details (origin, destination, date, time)
3. Add vehicle information and amenities
4. Set your price per seat
5. Publish your ride - it's live immediately!

Prices should cover your fuel and toll costs, not generate profit. For example:

• San José → Jacó: ₡2,000-3,000 per seat
• San José → Limón: ₡4,000-5,000 per seat
• San José → Tamarindo: ₡6,000-8,000 per seat

Our platform will suggest a price based on distance.

SINPE payments: Received directly in your account immediately after passenger payment confirmation.
Card payments: Transferred to your bank account within 3-5 business days after the ride is completed.
Cash payments: Collected directly from passengers at pickup.

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/HTTPS) and never store your full credit card details. Card payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.

During a ride: Trust your instincts. Ask the driver to stop in a safe, public place and exit the vehicle. Contact local authorities if necessary (911 in Costa Rica).

After a ride: Report the incident through our platform immediately. We take all safety reports seriously.

Yes! Every driver profile shows their average rating and review count. Click on the rating to read detailed reviews from previous passengers.

Absolutely! Most users book rides when they need them and offer rides when they're driving. Just enable "Driver Mode" in your profile settings.

Go to Profile → Edit Profile → scroll to bottom → click "Delete Account". Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where required by law.
